 Yorkshire artist Roger Simpson on ITV brush with FameRoger entered a portrait competition called a brush with fame which was on ITV last year. Roger is here with Christian Furr (Left) who was one of the judges and who also was commissioned to paint her majesty the Queen Elizabeth II a few years ago,  Carol Smiley introduced the programme. (Right) click the camera icon to see a small video excerpt of Roger in a brush with fame  The Yorkshire artist has shown his work in quite a few art galleries in West Yorkshire but here again this isn't something that he really wanted to do, he only wanted to draw and paint portraits and landscapes not to show his work in galleries. He would prefer going into a local library where he would pretend he was reading a book but was actually drawing a portrait of the He made this website in the year 2000 and ever since then he hasn't looked back being commissioned to do various portraits for people from all over the world. This is just a short vision of the portrait artist's life and he hopes that you will like his work and his website and to contact him in the near future even if its just for a chat.
