Your photograph into a portrait
The closer you take a photograph of someone the more detail we see, for instance in the pupil of the eye, teeth etc, so if you can send a photograph that has been taken quite close up at around one or two feet away (30cm - 60 cm) and at a high resolution (More Pixels) the more detail we will see and the better your portrait will be.

| In this example the photograph has been taken from too far away so I cant see much detail in the face, I could still do a portrait from this but it wouldn't have the detail that the photograph below shows and which would make a better portrait.

Click | This photograph was taken closer to us and would make an excellent portrait, see how small the eyes are in the photograph above to this one, the closer you take a photograph the more detail we see and thus a better portrait. When you click this picture you will see that it fits nicely onto the page and is an appropriate size but if you can send us a photograph twice as big that would be even better.
