Painting a vase of flowers in watercolour | |||

suggestion of the vase is painted in using a grey colour picked up off
the palette.
Darker accents were added to the rose on the right and a few on the main flowers.
A photo of the finished sketch with an almost Matisse like feel to it and the lesson here to learn is that you don't have to paint a nice and neat painting to have an effect and here this painting took just ten minutes.
